Quality and Social Responsibility

JSC “Lietkabelis” follows the principles of business ethic and social responsibility in the activity. The direction of company actively participate in solving social and economical problems of Panevezys and Lithuania, by seeking partners, organising helpful public projects, proclaiming Lithuanian brands in foreign markets JSC “Lietkabelis” – social responsible employer. Client, partner of beneficial financial relation, is not important only, but also employee. The company sophisticates workplaces, organizes trainings, executes prevention of the accidents and has a budget for personal protection measures on purpose to create safe and healthy atmosphere for the employees. JSC “Lietkabelis” is general sponsor of Panevezys basketball team “Lietkabelis” and is delighted for possibility to promote nurturance of basketball traditions.

QUALITY POLICY

AB Lietkabelis is a company that produces high-quality cable products that meets the international and the Lithuanian standards.

Management of Lietkabelis AB links the successful development of the company with the continuous improvement of the quality of production, reliable and stable partnership with suppliers and customers, and with the welfare rise of the company’s employees. In order to achieve these goals, the management commits to:

• continuously improve the quality management system that meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements, to start implement the quality management system for the automotive industry in accordance with IATF 16949, through training personnel, analysing and evaluating system efficiency.
• increase production volumes, export sales, turnover, productivity, search for new markets.
• improve the company’s management system by involving employees of all levels in the implementation of the company’s ambitions, utilizing their abilities for the benefit of the company and employees.
• support a permanent relationship with customers through the analysis of their needs and expectations, and striving to meet their  needs in full.
• set quality improvement goals for each quality management system process, analyse them systematically and, if necessary, review them.
• to upgrade and improve technological processes in order to achieve constant improvement of manufactured products and implementation of the intended quality objectives.
• always comply with the established requirements for the product.
• meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• seek mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers.
• increase awareness about the company’s quality policy among the employees of the company, and regularly evaluate its suitability.

The management has committed to allocate the necessary resources to implement these objectives.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

AB LIETKABELIS vision: a modern, high working culture company, that uses only the most advanced production and technological processes, and produces the highest quality cable products that meet the requirements of international and Lithuanian standards.

We strive to become a company with the least negative environmental impact.

In order to achieve these goals, the management commits to

• Continually improve the environmental management system that meets the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, to improve its efficiency, carrying out monitoring of activity and pollutions and assign resources for that purpose.
• Implement legal and other requirements related to the environmental aspects of the company.
• Sparingly and efficiently use resources in the processes of the  company.
• During developing new products, eveluate their environmental impact, and use materials and processes with the lowest environmental impact, and complying with EU REACH requirements.
• Prevent pollution in all product realization processes: design, installation, production, where possible, use the secondary raw materials.
• Take into account the views of stakeholders during implementation of the company’s environmental objectives.
• To propagate information on environmental policy and the results of its implementation.
